“You Choose Wrong” is a web-based interactive short experience that merges machine learning (ML5.js) and animation (GSAP) to simulate living within a distorted media system.

You Choose Wrong is an interactive media experience that explores life under distortion, censorship, and shifting truth. Using machine learning (ML5.js) and real-time animation (GSAP), it places the user inside a manipulated media ecosystem where every gesture, emotion, and attempt at expression is captured, then deliberately misinterpreted. The experience is inspired by the real events of modern Turkey, where information, authority, and public participation constantly conflict.

This project was born through trial and error. I started by what can be done using ML5.js and how can I communicate what it means your voice and choice to be manipulated. I created a step-by-step system that manipulates you more and more as you proceed in the project and at the end you realize no matter what you do or choose, it is always going to be interpreted as a wrong choice.
