A creative coding study that visualizes four opposing forces through generative visuals. I wanted to explore how to create abstract forces using movement, color and light.

Brief was simple enough, create a p5 sketch that represent Chaos, Order, Dark and Light but for each of these concepts there are multiple meanings and representation. I choose to represent Chaos using unpredictalbe movement and shapes. It constantly changes, there is no pattern we can see in here. It is full of potential as a system but it is not full formed, not stable enough. Order is exactly the opposite of chaos. It is a system that is full of patterns and structure. It is stable and predictable. I think one of the best representation of this concept is a tourbillion, there is a reason for the saying 'like a clockwork'. For Dark, I wanted to use something ominous. It should create a contrast between colors in terms of shape and movement, it should have it's own presence. Lastly, I use colors to represent light, as light is a combination of colors. It helps us to see the movement, shapes and structure. It brings them to life.
